Amy Glover is the CEO and Founder of Agil-e, a public affairs and thought leadership firm based in Mexico City. Previously, she was the director of the Mexico practice at McLarty Associates in Washington, D.C. (2012–2017), providing government relations advisory services for multinational companies. She also served as National Director of External Relations for the American Chamber of Commerce of Mexico, and as a risk management officer at Citibank.

Glover is an expert on U.S.-Mexico bilateral relations, with specific expertise in trade, investment, and geopolitics. She has written as a columnist for various publications in Mexico and currently has a monthly column with Opinión 51.

Glover leads the Working Group for North America and the U.S. at the Mexican Council on Foreign Affairs (COMEXI) and is member of the International Women’s Forum (IWF) in Mexico.

Glover holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Georgetown University and a master’s degree in economics and Latin American studies from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University.
